Twenty – One TWC wrestlers competed at the 2019 USA Freestyle Wrestling championships in Fresno, California this past weekend. Thirteen wrestlers placed in the top eight for their age and weight. TWC wrestlers Diego Goins placed 3rd in the Bantam 56#, Kolby Dennington placed 3rd in the Bantam 62#, Jesse Lopez placed 2nd in the Intermediate 49#, Brock Bogetti placed 7th in the Intermediate 53#, Lily Dizon placed 8th in the Intermediate 59#, Joseph Lund placed 7th in the Intermediate 59#, John Quintoa placed 7th in the Novice 63#, Lily Dizon placed 2nd in the Novice Girls 60#, Jasmine Lund placed 3rd in the Novice Girls 80#, Victor Ramirez Jr placed 2nd in the School Boy 97#, Cole Borges placed 6th in the School Boy 119#, Vanden Claudillo placed 6th in the School Boy 125#, and Luke Chan placed 6th in the School Boy 135#. In addition their individual accomplishments, our Tracy Wrestling Club female athletes scored enough points to win a team championship title!
